INTEGRATED SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2026
City Developments Limited (CDL) has released its 19th Integrated Sustainability Report (ISR), titled “Time for Impact: Future-Proofing Planet, People and Prosperity”. This report highlights CDL’s continued commitment to strengthening its sustainability efforts and accelerating nature-positive action to drive lasting impact and a more resilient planet. The report also reflects CDL’s pioneering sustainability leadership since 1995, and its progress towards achieving its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and targets under the CDL Future Value 2030 Sustainability Blueprint.
With the implementation of the International Sustainability Standards Board standards IFRS S1 and S2 for STI constituents, CDL has taken further steps toward progressive adoption of the global sustainability reporting baseline. The Group undertook a rigorous assessment to identify and quantify its top three climate-related risks and opportunities, enhancing transparency and strengthening integration of climate considerations into strategic planning.
Amidst rapid global biodiversity loss, CDL has intensified its commitment and stepped up its action in the preservation and regeneration of nature, publishing its third Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) report within the ISR. Key advancements include a geographical expansion of its assets to include 27 hotels and offices in the United Kingdom, a deeper dive into Singapore and New Zealand’s portfolio, and leveraging new nature-related tools and databases for reporting and analysis.
